AWANA clubs have been a part of GBC’s ministry for over 25 years. We’ve had the joy through those decades of seeing kids grow in their biblical knowledge and faith, kids make professions of faith, and even some parents come to salvation as a result of what the kids shared with them about their time in AWANA. It is with deep regret then that we announce that we had to cancel our clubs until further notice. Shifts in family schedules and interests across our county & local area, especially since 2020, have made it no longer feasible to continue the program. While this specific element of our children’s ministry has ended, we are exploring new avenues and programming presently that will continue in the theme of outreach and ministering to children & their families. Thank you for your prayers as we explore and develop those new avenues in the near future.
